I started taking Cardio Kickboxing in August 2016 thinking I was merely going to an exercise class a few nights a week. WRONG! This is so much more than exercise. It's training - life training and discipline. Learning skills to protect myself if need be while having a lot of fun doing so. I earned my red belt in kickboxing in December! Me, at 47 years old earning a red belt in kickboxing and I wear it proudly!! I enrolled in the first boot camp and love every minute of it! I would recommend Kyumei Ju Jitsu to everyone! From toddler to senior, there's a class for you. Jason and Savannah become part of your family! I love this place and so will you.

Wonderful experience learning self defense during a woman's self defense seminar
Great time and still love every moment. Great instructor. The Dojo is very clean and Equipped. I would recommend this school or all ages.
