The Kyosedo Academy offers unique approaches to programs for adults and children. Adult course offerings focus on effective systems that have relevance in a modern world. This includes the Impauer program, a self-defense and fitness program specifically designed for women. Our limited enrollment children's program offers a fun and supportive environment that incorporates tumbling, games and stories into a basic taekwondo curriculum.
