Finally found a real deal karate style here in Norwalk, CT. Full contact, sweat, and hard training. Osu ! Senpai Mike is an amazing sensei

Great dojo! Super clean facilty. Excellent instruction from beginner to advanced. Osu
Senpai Mike is an excellent teacher with a lot of experience and a high level of energy. Great for self-defense and mind-body workout. It is conveniently located in Norwalk. Nice facility.
