Not your every day dojo. A great place to go for serious training.
Disciplined, structured and fun for youth. Wonderful, disciplined training for adults who want to get their bodies moving! Class is a great confidence and motivation booster for youth. A great confidence booster for the adults who give the class at least 6 months. Old and young alike benefit, even with injuries. Instructor works around any injuries you have, past or present. I enjoy class and recommend you give it a try!
