I started here because I have had 5 knee surgeries and I am limited. The Sensai said that was no problem that they would customize a program to adapt to my needs. I love it here. They teach you that every single move that you make has a purpose and what that purpose is. They also work with those with all other types of disabilities. I love this school and all the people in it. They care about you and your well being. They are also great with kids and they teach a quality program of Isshinryu.
