My family study with Sifu Kwan 6 years. First thing I noticed when I walked in the door was how truly traditional it is. Lion heads are not just for decoration. The next thing I noticed was the school has students all ages. There are many of Sifu students who have been active in the school for as long as 30 years. If you study at the school you become fu jow pai. it's a busy schoo always many things going on .
The teaching and connection with each student is individualized and sincere. The adult work out is more then challenging every one measured by the best of their personal ability. The kids class is traditional kung fu as well. My family are all engaged in the programming we are ages 3 to 50. I highly ecommend it to anyone.
