Pure Combat Training with a Family Atmosphere

If you're looking for a place to join a competition team, this isn't it. For two years now, Sifu Dinsmore has trained me in street-oriented self defense and the focus is purely on survival. There is also a real feeling of camaraderie at the school and kindness is not in short supply. Anyone is welcome to check out the school in person and even take a free class. So don't take my word for it. Come and see for yourself.
