Programs & Class Schedule

Chuan Fa (Kung Fu) :
Mondays and Wednesday evening: Start time 6:10pm until 7:30pm
Ages 12 years old and over, male/female

Tai Chi Chuan (Tai Chi) :
Tuesday and Thursday evening: Start time 6:10pm until 7:30pm.
Ages 12 years and over, male/female

Open Training for both Chuan Fa & Tai Chi Chuan:
Saturday : 11:00am until 2:00pm
Sunday: 12:30pm until 2:00pm
Open training session is for student reviews and make up time. It is also open for students of other Styles/Systems to exchange and share ideas and concepts.
