too expensive for training or lack of training being taught, transferred to new school and training is stricter and at affordable price. scheduling doesn't meet needs of students.

I have been going to this school for the last 13 years and I feel that it is the greatest place that I have ever been to. I have trained at several schools throughout the years and while they have all done their "jobs" well i never really felt like it was for me until I joined the Kung fu Academy in Chicopee, MA. When i first joined they treated me with complete respect and patience and they knew how to motivate me to push my training further than i have ever done before. They have taught me how to do several different styles of forms and let me take part in sparring and wrestling so that i would gain "street smarts" on fighting safely and effectively. The instructors and students really made me feel like I was part of some big happy family. I eventually joined the Rat Pack team which taught me even more advanced material and allowed me to develop my self as and individual martial artist. I learned my own forms took part in group routines and performed at various places throughout the area and made me feel like i was giving back to the community and in a sense allowed me feel like i was walking in the footsteps that my idols like Jet Li and Jackie Chan probally went through before they made it big. Right now I am a black belt that has begun to teach people and pass down the art. I can truly say that this school and all of the people there have allowed me to grow into a great person. In conclusion, if anyone is ever looking for a good school to learn from, somewhere to go after work or school, or simply somewhere that you can discover a new side to you then The Kung Fu Academy is the Place for you.
