Adult Classes
The adult class schedule affords you the maximum in convenience. Simply arrive anytime during the following hours and leave whenever you are ready to leave. Because of the nature of our training it is not necessary to arrive or leave at an exact time.
Monday - 4:45 PM to 6:30 PM
Tuesday - 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM & 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Wednesday - 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM & 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Thursday - 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM & 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday - 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM
