It is dangerous to go alone! Take this class. :)

This has and always will be the best martial arts course I have ever taken. The instructor and founder of the school of survival is Soke or "Lil" John Davis. Like the best teachers he is a kind and intelligent person to learn from.
The workout is very extensive and Soke encourages all his students to push their limits on their endurance.
The techniques are very real just as the threat is very real. Soke is a great guy, but he never sugar coats the fact that your life is truly in danger and you must survive even if it means escaping and avoiding a fight.
