Best martial arts school that I have tried

Over the years I have searched for a school that would be challenging and rewarding. I was lucky enough to find this school in the QC area. They offer a some of everything. Stand up sparring, ground fighting, forms, joint locks, pressure points, escapes and a good amount of cardio. Every class has the potential to be a little different. The instructor is probably the best that I have encountered. (I have met plenty that I was not impressed with at all. )
