KuGar TaeKwonDo and After School teaches the values of traditional martial arts (Karate & TaeKwonDo) to students of all ages. We are committed to providing an excellent experience and the highest level of training. Our students have fun and learn discipline, courtesy, integrity, and perseverance at the same time.

We offer 3 main programs.
Our traditional TaeKwonDo/Karate classes are offered 2-4 times per week and will train a student through a variety of exercises to become more flexible, agile, and strong. We train with traditional Taeguk forms and light sparring.
Our second program is the Sports program and is offered 5 days/week. This is a highly rigorous program designed to create national and international tournament success. We currently have the only national team member ever to be born and raised in Laredo.
Our After School Program can be combined with either of these and in this program we pick the students up from school, make sure they complete their homework and take their martial arts class.
