I started training with Kru Allisha & Kru Jilani months ago. What appealed to me most was that they were certified personal fitness trainers, mma conditioning coaches, and Muay Thai Krus/Instructors. I was looking for private training session that was challenging and different. Kru Allisha ( I love my Personal Trainer - Kru Allisha; did I mention that?) designed a training plan that incorporated intense exercises blended with Muay Thai & Muay Drills in the latter half of my session. She lights me on fire, and Kru Jilani burns me out. I'm so dead at the end of each training session, but I love it ever single time, and I keep coming back for more. The weight is coming off, but better yet my body is transforming and I feel energized and stronger. My clothing fits so much better. I feel amazing. I love my Krus.

We've been training with them for a year now. Initially, I was really interested in something for my son who is 16. Kru Jilani & Kru Allisha explained to me that their training was well-suited to adults and older children i. e. teens. Past that first session and assessment, we are thrilled and we've both seen fantastic results. It's been a wonderfully exciting road of lots of sweat, challenging work, and lots of laughs. Any tears along the way were due to sweat in our eyes and tears of joy every time she weighed and measured us. Skill wise, we are both very much improved. Their instruction is always excellent. They're like family to us now. You cannot help but feel that personal touch - that sweet intimacy. This is not your run-of-the-mill gym personal trainer experience. This is a home away from home, but one where you work hard, you love it, you're always motivated, you always have help and guidance, you always have a cheering section, and you always have someone to hold you accountable and get you results. The small studio is always clean - I mean immaculate and private - which we prefer. Lots of equipment. I had been looking for this my whole life and I'm glad I've found it in these two. It was also a great way to bond with my son while we both achieved our goals. The last year with Team Kru has really changed our lives. We highly recommend them for personal fitness, self-defense, and those who may also have an interest in learning useful martial techniques.

First off, I am so happy to say that I don’t look the way I used to any more. I was so skeptical of doing this type of training session that incorporated traditional methods i. e. free weights & calisthenics, more contemporary methods i. e. suspension training and martial arts - more specifically Muay Thai. In a 1 - 1 1/2 hr session just three times a week with no crazy cardio I was able to lose weight and put on lean muscle mass. I felt the difference in just 2-3 weeks of consistent training and proper nutrition. Sure enough 3-4 weeks later I was already looking better, so I figured I would try it some more. I lost 50 lbs my first year and I’m still going down while building solid muscle! I am so grateful that I was able to find Kru Allisha & Kru Jilani - a team who really knew what they were talking about and who were there every step of the way to guide me with my training and diet. It was rough, especially in the beginning, but their guidance, motivation, counsel, and compassion got me through it. My next goal is a six pack and I’m already starting to see my abs peeking through! I would recommend these two phenomenal trainers to everyone- the sessions are insane but if you stick with it and follow the recommended meal plan you’ll love the results! Kru Allisha is the best personal fitness trainer in NYC hands down. She designed an amazing program specifically to suit my needs. It fit perfectly with my work schedule. In this crazy world we live in today where you never seem to have the time to exercise and the demands of job, family, and life are too much this is the best. I am always in a rush but I care a lot about my body, my performance and what I eat. How do I reconcile my fitness priorities with my busy schedule in this world where there is fast-food at every turn? Thankfully I found a solution and it is Kru Allisha & Kru Jilani!

The 15-minute warm-up is intense enough to push me to the limit; when we start stretching afterwards I ask them if I'm done with my workout. The rest of the workout session helps me build strength, firm and tone my body and increase my flexibility. They were so nice and accommodating to work with my schedule; it's perfect! It's been several months now and my body looks good, is more toned and I feel much more energetic than I ever did before! Ever! My performance is through the roof! I run up a flight of subway stairs like nothing, and I'm not gasping for air at the top. Kru Allisha also designed a recommended meal plan for me that's not only easy to follow, but delicious, affordable and focuses on natural foods that help me power through my workouts and achieve my specific goals. I couldn't ask for a better team to tag-team on me if you know what I mean. Thanks Kru Allisha & Kru Jilani for changing my life. Expect me to keep coming back for more.
