Krav Maga Yahir

At Krav Maga Yashir in Woburn we teach authentic Israeli Krav Maga, the official hand to hand fighting system of the IDF (Israeli Defense Force). Our system is based on instinctive movements that we naturally perform when threatened and/or attacked. Our Head Instructor is Gershon Ben Keren, a 5th Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga who was trained and certified as an instructor in Israel. He has taught Krav Maga internationally, and has written a number of Amazon best-selling books about Krav Maga. He has two master's degrees one in Psychology and the other in Criminology and Criminal Psychology. He is an active member of both the APA (American Psychological Association) and the ASC (American Society of Criminology). He combines his academic and research background, with his over 30 years worth of experience working in the security industry, to provide a training experience that is based in and reflects reality.
