Teaches all levels, ages 7 and up. 1st class is free to try out. if you are looking to get fit, this is it. If you are looking to get strong, this is it. If you are looking to build self esteem, this is it. Looking for better coordination, this is it. If you don't want to be a victim, this is it. Looking to make some Bad A$$ friends, this is it!
