Fun school, good people, excellent Instructor. This place is great!!
Krav Defense is a great school. All the techniques I have learned are practical. After only one class, you walk away knowing you can defend yourself with confidence. Krav Defense has a fun atmosphere where everyone is friendly and helpful. You will to get in shape while having fun and learning how to defend yourself. I highly recommend this school.
