They always try their best to make learning karate fun and entertaining yet keep it disciplined while getting in immense work-out. They will have you doing some great strength and endurance building exercises and flexibility increasing stretches. They try to have fun while developing your self-defense skills, working more on self-defense but also on tournament point-sparring competition occasionally. Their focus is on self-defense, katas, flexibility, light-contact sparring, and many other interesting things that they work on during class.

and just so you know, your first class is free! You don't even have to sign up, how awesome is that? So if you don't like it, you don't have to pay for it and if you do like it, head on over to the Rec Dpt. and sign yourself up! The price is extremely reasonable
