Traditional martial art for children: The Real Thing!

Van-Nuys martial arts has outstanding instructor wiling to work with the most restless child (mine as an example).
Each class bring new aspect in martial art training including meditation (yes! meditation for my kid.....I would not never had believe it if I did not witness it!).
Respect, focus, discipline, and hard work is taught in a daily basis.
