The instructor verbally and emotionally abuses students!!!

My son attended classes for three weeks. His last class was one where Sensei verbally and emotionally abused a young boy so badly that he openly cried in the classroom. My son was so bothered by the behavior of Sensei that he refused to return. I spent a lot if money registering, getting the clothing and with the lessons in order for him to learn the art.....I let them know why and I have had NO response from them...NO apology! So maybe it's common for them?! Is this the kind of place you want your child to go? Not me......
