At Knights BJJ we dedicate ourselves to provide a comprehensive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training
through our innovative curriculum in a discipline but yet fun environment. At Knights BJJ we firmly believe in changing our student life through encourage a healthy lifestyle, improving self confidence and cultivating a sense of respect for themselves and others. This is what we proudly call living life the Knight's way.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Knights BJJ:
Children's Program 5:00 - 5:40 pm
The children's program is designed to build a "base" in jiu jitsu and improve student coordination. Students will be given explanation of core Jiu Jitsu concepts and principles.
Adult Program 5:50 - 6:50 pm
Adult program is designed to teach the Jiu Jitsu techniques you should know. The program is designed to improve Jiu Jitsu knowledge, improve mobility and build stamina.
