Love this place! The senseis are awesome and treat the kids like one of their own. I love how they pay attention to the children and care about what they say. This is a family ran business that Sensei Jim and Sensei Chrissy own. They have 5 kids that help teach the classes.

Although I am one of the head instructors my review may be biased. If you are looking for a family oriented atmosphere...they have it here. I have been training for over 26 years and can still say I love teaching and I love the environment. This school prides itself on integrity and mastery of techniques. TRY It...you'll like it

I just recently started at Kisner American Karate and I can tell you without a doubt that it's the best choice I ever made. The instructors treated me like family from the first time I walked in the door. Before I started I knew nothing about martial arts but thanks to the amazing instructors and the friendliness of the other students I never felt like I was out of place or behind. I look forward to every class and I always leave with a sense that I learned something both about martial arts and about myself.

I'm telling you from a parent and student's point of view....... This is not your average high-kickin', hiyaah place. The atmosphere is welcoming, the individual rooms for parents to work out is amazing, the instructors are THE BEST and learned from THE BEST! Gives your self and your kids so much confidence and respect. I highly recommend this Dojo and everything about them. Not a family member, but feel like one! Met them years before this new studio opened and so proud of what they have accomplished.
