Great school to learn anything! Highly recommend it. The classes are fun. Great workout. Have an amazing program for little kids as well. Also opportunities to learn from legends of martial arts.
My son has been studying under the leadership of Guru Darren Felsot for over 10 years. I have witnessed his enhanced development and performance in the areas of physical coordination, strength, agility, speed, flexibility and endurance . His internal balance and growth are evident in the manner in which he conducts his life. I have witnessed my son refining and expanding his knowledge of this martial art with continuous practice and dedication to this powerful and graceful style of training.
