The instructors know their martial art very well and are great instructors and motivators. Friendly and fun environment with no egos. They are the real deal.
World class instructors fully certified. Two in-house BJJ Black Belts who are top level competitors do much of the ground instruction and do excellent job. Striking instructor is World Thai Boxing Association Instructor and former Muay Thai Champion. Two in-house Muay Thai Khuen Kru's (WTBA Certified Instructors). This is the finest instruction you will find anywhere. Friendly and respectful learning environment.
