I enjoy going to Kim Soo Karate in Baytown. I am interested mainly in self defense, but I find it very relaxing .

I never thought I could break a board at my age (66), but I did it! You learn at your own pace. I would recommend an hour or two of class weekly to anyone interested in martial arts.

I signed my son up for the summer, but have kept him in because it is very good for him! He has learned to have respect, better manners and is a better student in school. His confidence has grown, and he is coming out of his shell. This school does not make kids go to tournaments. I am so proud of my son and his achievements in Chayon-Ryu. It's really exciting to see him grow, and his teacher is a very fine person. It's a thrill to meet Grandmaster Kim Soo too.

As a student of Chayon-Ryu for the past decade, I have to say that is the most authentic traditional experience available in the Baytown area. The real Asian Master teaching lineage is incredible!
