Welcome! We are a family-oriented fitness academy dedicated to providing the best programs in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas. Because we are locally and family-owned, we foster a sense of family within our academy and community.
We 've been in operation since 2008, doubling our training space, and building our outstanding instructor staff during that time. We 've been around for a long time because we have the fitness expertise that you expect and know how to serve you, our students and the community.
We have two training floors with over 5,000 square feet of training space. You 'll never feel like you 're always bumping into someone else or like you 're working out on top of the person next to you, like other fitness centers.

As a business with a big, caring heart, we invest in our community, as well as our students. We are proud business partners with six public schools and support numerous private schools. We also offer scholarships to underprivileged students to train at our TaeKwonDo academy.
