I have been attending Fred Villari Studios of Self Defense for many years. Master Heroian is an awesome martial artist and inspires his students to be the best they can be. The classes are FUN, energizing and provides a great workout. I feel the training we receive is first class and provides very practical uses for protecting yourself or loved ones. Master Heroian is especially gifted at teaching kids. My 9 year old attends the program and have seen tangible improvements as he progresses up the ranks in both his physical coordination and mental determination. It will be exciting to see him someday test for his black belt! Check out the school. Your efforts will be rewarded.
