Reviews of Kickin' It Tae Kwon Do

What makes this school different is the focus on family. This is not a typical black belt mill. I often see whole families participating in the various classes and at different ranks. A true value in Martial Arts.

Our son has participated in Tae Kwon Do at this facility since it opened and has had a fabulous experience. The instructor is not only highly qualified and organized, but also extremely personable and fun. The environment is both structured and comfortable -- making participation even more inviting. We have definitely been pleased with the progress our son has made thus far. (Extra incentive for trying this particular Dojo was that classes can be paid for on a month to month basis, making it even more unique and affordable.)

My two sons (aged 6 and 9) have taken TKD since January of this year at Kickin' It TKD and they love it. The instructor is knowledgeable and firm in her approach, however, she is very fun and caring when teaching the children. She even came to my son's school to help him showcase his newly acquired "moves" at his school's talent show. There is no long-term contract required and the tuition is very reasonable. The new facility is spacious, clean, organized and conveniently located to my home. Bottom line: I'm very pleased with the instruction my children are receiving and highly recommend it to others.

My son really wanted to take Tae Kwon Do, but the price & required contract at some Dojos held us back. When Kickin' It TKD was recommended to us by a friend, we were pleasantly surprised to find it more affordable...and no 2 year contract! In addition to that, the instructor is patient, yet firm. Exactly what my son needs. He has ADHD as well, and TKD has helped him with focus, self control, and behavior... As well as agility, balance, and so much more. The stripes they earn for their behavior outside of the Dojo keep him accountable. His skills have progressed quickly & he has gained a lot of self confidence. The environment is always positive, and the new facility is wonderful! My son loves to go, and I love what he is learning! I feel comfortable enough to even leave & run an errand if I need to. I know he is safe & taken care of. This has been a great fit for us, and I highly recommend Kickin' It TKD to anyone of any age! I may start taking classes there myself soon! =)

My three children (10, 8, 4) have been taking TKD at this facility since it started. We LOVE it!! My oldest has struggled to find his niche. At Kickin' It Tae Kwon Do he has finally found a place and an environment where he can excell. The program is well run and the instructor is very patient. She works with all levels and truly loves what she does! The atmosphere is relaxed and promotes self confidence and discipline. If you are looking for a martial arts program either for yourself or your children I highly recommend Kickin' It Tae Kwon Do!!!

Our two daughters have been enrolled at Kickin' It Tae Kwon Do for 6 months, and have loved it the whole time. Our oldest has ADHD and the classes are really helping her with her focus. They are both progressing nicely and have their orange belts, will be testing for green soon. The old facility was nice, the new one is even nicer. We love the personal attention that they get.
