Waist of my kids time and my money

Not as Christian as he makes out

He preaches he has a Christian school but kicks two 5 year olds out of his class. The reason he kicked them out is because you offend him if you question something. He is a youth minister he says but told two 5 year olds that they wasnt aloud in his class. These two girls cried all the way home. Maybe I was wrong for questioning him, but if I had not we wouldn't have found a better opportunity and we did find better. These two girls will shine.

You buy the belt, youth teaches youth

Parents can not question testing technique, it offends the teacher. Testers are not on same sheet when testing. If you question you offend and show disrespect to the "black belt". Annual contract, stay away. Parents have to cram questions and answers for testing, plus train child at home on blocks and punches. You buy the belt. Test every month, even when child is not ready, money money money. Would advice against this establishment.
This is not a martial arts school it's a competition sparring school. my daughter made no progress because the instructor didn't think she was good enough. He had her stand in a mirror and do low blocks for weeks. Look elsewhere if you are looking for real martial arts or self defense
