Great martial art system - And a lot of fun!

I've been training in martial arts since I was a little kid. I did tae kwon do and kick boxing. As an adult, I have been having pain on my joints and wanted to find something to do instead of just sitting on my couch and getting weight. I love martial arts but thought it was too late for me to get involved again in it. I came up to a choi kwang do website (kennesaw) and read a little bit about the adult class they offer. I was very hesitant but I decided to give them a call. They offered a few classes to try before making up my mind. I was touched how nice and professional the staff was especially their chief instructor Mr. Nzamba. So young but humble and respectful and full of knowledge of this art! He made me feel relax and made me realized that it is never to late to renew with martial arts, especially CKD.
I'm proud to say that it has been 6 months now and I am feeling great, enjoying my life. Lost a few pound and on my way to being healthy again!
