In my opinion this is the best martial arts school in the area. If your looking for the old school kind of Dojo this is it. Mr Beal doesn't hand out belts to make a buck, he teaches you how to fight and promotes you when you deserve it. He sincerely cares about his students and their well being.
Sensei Beal teaches Martial Arts in a traditional and effective way. No flashy tournaments all the time, no paying for your next belt without earning it, and no half-hearted teaching just to make a few bucks. Martial Arts are almost as important to Sensei Beal's life as God and his family. All of his teaching is centered around reliance on God in all aspects. Through his training in the Special Forcers Rangers, his service in the Vietnam War, and his time studying under Master Lee Wong in Taipei, China, Sensei Beal has perfected his skills in Tae Kwon Do and Tai Chi, as well as developed his own licensed form of martial arts Ken-So-Do, which focuses combining the movements of Tai Chi with the self-defense skills of the Army Rangers. Sensei Beal's teaching focuses on developing the skills of leadership, honor, integrity, and discipline. Anyone seriously interested in learning martial arts should seek out his tutelage, as you will no doubt have your expectations met and exceeded.
