I joined this school a long time ago and I really like Soles-sensei and his teaching ability is top notch. The Kosho-ryu system is a valuable experience for any age and skill level. There is a large abundance if skillsets taught: yoga, sword work, Filipino stick arts, shodo, self defense, history, games, and even more.
I highly recommend dropping in to see for yourself.
This is an exceptional, welcoming school. Soles-sensei is amazing and really cares about his students’ development.
