I am a parent of a kid who still goes to Keller's Tae kwon do. Owners are over weight they do NOT teach real taekwondo!!! SMH. They make teenagers who don't know what their doing teach the toddlers and it smells terrible in there. really old facility and completely a scam. they make you pay even after you leave . Lady named Master keller i think? ( Fat old lady) Acting goofy with the teenagers and the things she teaches are made up in her and her husbands head and they call it real "Taekwondo" kids cursing all around and messy. The tournament's timing is HORRIBLE, you go there and they make you wait hours !!! DO BETTER!!

Kellers offers something for everyone in the family. They have great instruction geared to the ages of students. We have three kids attending Kellers. They have two locations for convenience and you can attend either, not having to stick to just one. I must say the level of patients demonstrated by Master Michelle Keller is amazing. She has a way of getting the most stubborn, not so well behaved kids to participate. I definitely recommend Kellers!

We were looking for a karate school or something because my kids had New Years resolutions to get in better shape so we figured a good martial arts program would do well. I wanted something close to home for convenience. I should have looked around more and wish I had seen these reviews first. The bad reviews on here pretty much sum up our experience.

They have since padded the floors, but it doesn't make up for the rudeness and UN-professional attitudes of this place.

The Demarco girl is still there claiming to be the "Boss". She is the really young girlfriend of the owner and says she is head instructor, but it's a real creepy vibe. Her mental state is really bizarre also. She parrots pretty much what Keller says about anything, but then runs out of original thoughts and starts saying the same stuff all over again.

They still bad mouth parents and kids in whispers to other parents when they think no one else is within ear shot and still tell people how great Kellers is and how screwed up other schools are. Very UN-professional in my opinion.

We ended up not going after our "Free" trial was over. They got really pushy and harassing to the point I just told them to stop calling and then just hanging up on them when they didn't stop. They finally gave up after a couple months, but what a pain!

Glad to say we did find another school. They had heard of Kellers, but refrained from saying anything bad, just kinda gave a knowing smirk and said they were glad we left "that place". I have since talked to other parents at the kids school who have also made the same mistake. Now I'm on here hoping to educate other parents about how bad this place is.

This place is great. I wanted my little girl to be able to defend herself and to have more self confidence. I found all of that and more at kellers. They took her from a frightened shy introverted little girl and transformed her into a popular strong fighter. Don’t waste your time with any other school this is the place to be. Hands on drills made my daughter what she is today. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I am so happy with her progress.

I was looking for some type of karate school for my son. I’ve past by kellers for a while but never went in. One day I was getting pizza next door and decided to go and talk to the instructor. I’m glad I did. The instructor (Miss DeMarco) answered all my questions and made me feel at home. It’s such a positive environment that I knew this was the place for us. I signed my son up before even going to a class. Well, we’ve been going for about a year now and it just gets better all the time. My son has more confidence and has dozens of friends at the school. I just wanted to say thank you for all you’ve done.

I’m a long time resident of antelope and I support the local businesses. I would call myself a very loyal antelopean. I stumbled on the reviews for kellers while on the web. It’s obvious that some people love them and some people don’t. So I decided to check them out for myself. I walked in and was greeted by one of the instructors (a young guy) he was very polite and offered to show me around. The head instructor, I believe her name was Ms. Demarco or Demaro, then came over and asked if I had any questions. She gave me a brief history of herself and the school and said that I was welcome to stay as long as I liked. Then she returned back to her class. I sat and watched the instructors help all the students in the class leaving no one left out. I talked to the people watching and found out that everyone was thrilled to be there and had nothing but praise for the school. I found myself getting excited as well. I found this school to be friendly, happy, exciting, and fun. I’m 64 years old and have knee and back problems so I wasn’t going to sign up for classes. However, they treated me with respect and courtesy just the same. They made me feel at home. I’m glad we have a positive martial arts program in antelope for the children to learn at.

I was looking for a martial arts school for my kids. I trained in the wtf for two years before coming to antelope. Naturally Keller’s is the name everyone is talking about. I heard all kinds of great things. So I decided to check them out for myself. First of all it’s a very clean and impressive school. Also the instructors and staff and extremely kind and knowledgeable. They teach a system of Taekwondo that’s different than what I’m used to; however, the techniques and drills are fantastic. I learned more in the past 3 months then I did in a year at my old school. Now I don’t think these guys walk on water or anything, but this is a great school and I’m happy we joined.

I took my child in to try some "free" classes a while back. The owner and a couple of the instructors kept going on and on about some of their goofy students, odd parents and other karate schools and how unprofessional the other schools are and how great his school was. I was really put off by their attitudes and wondered what was said about me and my kid when we left. We didn't finish the trial week and they started calling after about three weeks later and kept bugging us to join. Demarco, I think her name was, seemed really desperate and her voice got all whiny. Very irritating. I finally told her we signed up elsewhere and said goodbye.

I’m a mother of two small children 3 & 5. I wanted to get them into an activity where they could both learn and have some fun. I tried Robinson’s taekwondo and all they had was once a week. Also they were very expensive. Then I went to Keller’s taekwondo and found out that they have a specialty small kid’s class 3 times a week at half the price of the previous school. We tried the class and it was exactly what I was looking for. My children love it. I’m so happy I looked around.

I signed my son up 2 ½ years ago at Keller’s taekwondo and got a great deal. He is allowed to train 6 days a week and has a great time in the classes. I was one of the fortunate ones that signed up on a 3 year paid in full. Wow it has been great. It lowered my cost to about 1/3 the price of the other schools in the area and my son can’t wait to go to class every day. They even offered us private lessons free when Kevin was having trouble with his techniques. I just wanted to say thanks to Miss DeMarco and the entire instructional staff at Keller’s.

I tried other schools in the area. the only other real school in the area wants to charge top dollar for two days a week training. Keller's is a family school that offers 6 days a week for a fair price. my kids love it and it fits my schedule.

Tried some "free" classes there. I left after a couple days when realizing that this is not taekwondo. These guys teach like a psuedo-soccer mom version of martial arts that the owner made up himself. Most of the techniques are pointless and sloppy. Some are downright dangerous and will cause injury to the student. Even their so called "stretching" is all wrong. They just don't have the proper training. Poor and inacurate stretching will also cause damage. They are too cheap to pad their floors, and make lame excuses why you should train on hard surfaces. Fine if you're an advanced student, very bad and dangerous for novices. Definately steer clear of these guys. I only went there becuase I'm new to the area and they were right down the street. My bad. When I talked to the owner (A fat, old, white guy) about styles, techniques and his martial art lineage (I know mine and am proud of it) he got jumpy, defensive and his eyes switched a lot. Not the kind of behaviour that I would be confident about or trusting. Look elsewhere for training.

I used to train here when I was younger. I got older and wiser. The owners are overweight and outta shape. What they teach is not real taekwondo. Keller made up all the moves and it's not any form of taekwondo that is used by any real martial artists. My current school teaches traditional and sanctioned styles that are internationally recognized.

We just recently moved to the area and my kids wanted to continue their martial arts training. We had them in this school for free classes a couple weeks ago. I found this listing looking for another school. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The female instructor acted like a brainless little kid. I talked to her about her skills and ability ,mentioning her size (she was quite a bit overweight)and she acted real goofy the whole time and said she was in perfect health. Uh yeah OK. NEXT! The owner was overweight as well, but it didn't seem to matter anyways since he spent most of his time on the computer playing some game. The young tall boy assisting the instructor seemed far too interested in my daughter to be an effective teacher. I read the reviews on this school thinking maybe it was just me ,then I noticed the five star ratings were all done on the exact same day. I would venture to guess they don't have much integrity either if they're posting their own "great" reviews. Go elsewhere and good luck. Antelope doesn't have much to offer in the way of taekwondo or karate schools.

Keller's is an excellent place to study TaeKwonDo. My daughter and I have been students there for 3 years and have not had any bad experiences with instruction or billing. Unfortunately a disgruntled employee has spent a lot of effort trying to discredit this school. Fortunately, Keller's quality speaks for itself and the other school suffers low enrollment and retention.

My kids trained there for a while and we moved out of the area due to my work. The owner, Tim Keller, kept trying to bill us on the contract. My bank finally got involved on my behalf and blocked their actions, they then turned the case over to their fraud division for investigation of Kellers business practices.
