A very Zen and constructional Dojo, One of the best in the Area

I really like the dojo and its members are very nice. It focuses around the concept of family and mutual constructivism for each of its members. I like that they (instructors) adjust to everyone’s individual needs no matter the age or physical capabilities. It is a fun and healthy exercise oriented institution and it has a very nice environment over all. I see that it might be a bit demanding in some cases for some people, but the instructors and the other students seems to be very supportive of one another ( which I absolutely LOVE) It makes me feel Ok even when I don’t get something. I highly recommend this dojo. I would not go anywhere else; it makes me happy to see new members join In. I really hope to see you there. Peace : )
