Kaze is an ISKF dojo, teaching traditional Shotokan karate to men, women, and children. We start as young as six for kid classes and have youth and adults of all ages. Karate means "empty hand" so we teach a weaponless system of self-defense. Our goal is to produce karate-ka of strong mind, body, and spirit. We believe as Master Funakoshi did, that "The ultimate aim of Karate lies not in victory nor defeat, but in the perfection of the character of the participants."
