If you are looking for a good workout with lots of cardio, push ups, sit ups and weight training, this school is for you. There is not a lot of emphasis on actually doing martial arts, and the instructor does not ensure that students are doing punches and kicks correctly. Despite the lack of martial arts instruction, the owner of the school pushes students through their belt promotions, regardless of whether they are ready, or can do the requirements correctly. Don't be fooled by the flashy promotion and name dropping.
