KLS is a rare dojo that teaches traditional karate and its values while still making sure the techniques learned can be applied in a self defense situation. Your instructors and fellow students will quickly start to feel like family if you spend a little time training here.
I started my martial arts training here and over the years trained in several other gyms and martial arts styles. I competed in kickboxing and mma and I wholeheartedly recommend KLS for anyone looking for traditional martial arts. From small children, teens, adults, and even the elderly will find great instruction here.
