i have been learning under Karakido Martial Arts Fairview for almost 1yr, it
is amazing what you can do that you never saw yourself doing. You have to
have the desire to learn and respect those that are teaching you. I look forward
to each class. There is much knowledge to be gained if you are willing to listen and practice. This is a great place to be. Try it out!!

I've been taking karate for about a year from grand master Roger Jones and it's been great. Not only have I learned how to defend myself in a fight, I've also made some great friends also.

I have worked with Roger and the various senseis. All are knowledgeable and the material taught is innovative and extremely practical. I consider this one of the best schools with which I have been associated.

I am a 20 yr military vet with black belts in Isshun Ryu and Tae Kwon Do.
I am now a 3rd degree black belt in karakido and I won't go anywhere else because G.M. Jones is a great instructor and I know I can really defend myself.
My brother and I begin studying under Grand Master Jones 18 years ago. We're in our twenties now, and have yet to find a more skilled and caring sensei than Roger. From the first moment you enter the dojo, you are filled with encouragement to be the absolute best you can. Karakido, karate, and self defense are the focal points of lessons, but alongside learning to defend yourself, you are also taught discipline, respect, and self confidence. I attend class three nights a week, and I have already seen a drastic improvement in not only my health and skill, but my attitude about and love of life.
