Ki-Aikido is a path to peace through co-ordination of mind & body, we may utilize the power that is naturally ours. I was introduced to Ki-Aikido by enrolling into a University course for about 4 years and attended the local dojo. As a psychologist, I have applied many principals of Ki-Aikido to help others find their road to recovery from anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, ADHD. .. Works great with youth and adults that experience an op-positional mindset. All the instructors have years of experience and are dedicated to help students grow & develop their technique(s) that are centered within Tohei Sensei's 4 Principals of Mind & Body Coordination.
