I can't say enough good things about this school... I am lucky to have found them, what I wanted and had been looking for was a solid 'works in real life' type of training and this is exactly that and more. I will be training with them for the long haul and having fun with it! I would definately mention it's not for sport, the focus is on protecting oneself and others.
