Kalos Agon (KA) is a Christian-based Mixed Martial Art (self-defense system) located in Enumclaw WA USA, at the foot of Mt Rainier & just south of Seattle.
KA emphasizes self-defense in practical street fight scenarios & what it means to live like a warrior, but with Jesus Christ as our primary focus. Ages, Gender: Male, high school and up.
Note: We are currently in the works of creating a kids curriculum, so please check our website for updates.
Pricing - Easy $30 per month per student. Discount when students pay annually. Sign up & pay online easily and securely.
You're welcome to drop in and give KA a try. We're positive you'll have a great time. Please sign our online waiver, even if you're just dropping by once or twice.
Time, Location, What to Bring -
When: Every Friday evening, 7:45-9:30pm, unless otherwise announced.
Where: Combat Sport & Fitness, Enumclaw WA. (right by Napa)
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes, a gi if you have one. Preferably wear long pants because we do a lot of ground work (workout pants or even PJs will suffice).
- Water.
- Mouth guard if you'd like to spar. Gloves are a plus too, but not necessary.
- Important: Be sure to sign our handy online waiver, even if you're just dropping by and "giving us a try" (free of charge of course).
