Kaizen Shotokan Karate

Kaizen Shotokan teaches traditional Japanese Shotokan karate. We do not teach MMA, Judo, Kempo, boxing or any other martial art. Our club is focused on individual progress whilst still learning a valuable self defence skill. Everything we learn in the dojo, or training hall, should be applied to everyday life. Karate training is not always easy. Often times it can be very difficult and demanding. This is also true of life. If we can overcome obstacles in our training, it enables us to have strong character to do the same in our everyday lives.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Kaizen Shotokan Karate:

Programs & Class Schedule

Basic Class 5:45 - 6:30 Monday and Wednesday - all ages
Beginners Class 6:30 -7:30 Monday and Wednesday - all ages
Advanced Class 7:30 - 8:30 Monday and Wednesday - all ages
All Levels Class 5:00 - 6:00 Tuesday and Thursday - all ages

We do not require any contracts, enrollment fees, or are there any hidden extras. Belt fees are separate and are paid on the day of the test and vary according to rank being tested.
