Kaizen Karate & Self-Defense
Kaizen Karate & Self-Defense is located in Windsor, Colorado, and serve Windsor, Southeast Fort Collins, Loveland, and the West Greeley communities. We offer children and adult karate lessons, self-defense classes, private lessons for Karate and self-defense, company team-building, and family instruction.
Our teaching method combines the discipline and practical self-defense applications of traditional Japanese Karate with the "I Refuse to be a Victim" mentality for the street. This includes situational awareness, verbal self-defense skills, anti-bullying and more.

Programs & Class Schedule
We offer a wide variety of classes to help you find one that's right for you.
Currently, our class offerings are kids, adult & family karate, self-defense, team-building, private lessons, and verbal self-defense and deescalation.
We don't have contracts, nor do we charge for advancement testing or advancement belts.
Our goal is to help young children with coordination, discipline, assertiveness and fun in the martial arts. For adults, we help with self-defense and situation awareness, flexibility and the camaraderie that comes with our fun and functional classes.
