KAIZEN: Tactical Combatives | Martial Arts
The principle foundation of my studio is to develop truly effective fighting and self-defense skills based on Instinct, Concept Application, Muscle Memory, Adaptation, Improvisation, and Situational Awareness... Not by memorizing forms and competing for trophies.
Martial Arts training at Kaizen is non-traditional, practical, effective, and above all, safe. I've designed my curriculum to be age and skill appropriate, challenging, rewarding, and of course... fun. Here you'll experience a challenging yet positive environment. I lead by example and inspire students develop skills to their fullest potential.

Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at KAIZEN: Tactical Combatives | Martial Arts:
- Arnis/Kali/Escrima/FMA
- Boxing
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
- Silat
- Kali Sikaran
- CQC (Close Quarters Combat)
Programs & Class Schedule
Classes are separated by Age & Skill.
Wildcats (Ages 5-9): High Energy, Focused-Yet-Fun classes for my youngest students. Here they develop Foundational Martial Arts Skills, and focus on Social Skills.
Youth & Teens (Ages 10-15): Similar to my Wildcats, Youth classes are a high energy environment, however students develop a deeper understanding of how to apply their skills, through muscle memory and instinct.
Adults (Ages 16+): My adult courses are entirely different than my Wildcats and Youth programs. Adult sessions are informal, no ranking system, and focused entirely on Close Quarters Combat.
Classes are available in Reedsburg Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mauston classes are on Monday nights and Saturday mornings.
