We teach traditional USTF style taekwondo. Head instructor Richard Dekok, 5th Dan. Assistant instructor Anthony Tennyson, 2nd Dan. I currently do not accept children under the age of 5. Also, I've found that some 5 year old still are not ready to keep up with a class with older students (however some thrive on it).
Our emphasis is on learning the traditional martial art of taekwondo, self defense, fitness and self discipline. Material includes traditional forms, sparring, self defense practice/one-step sparring, Free sparring, and hapkido style grappling techniques.
Cost is $65 per month for 2 LESSONS PER WEEK. Additional costs include uniforms and sparring gear. Also there will be a testing fee for rank advancement approximately every 3 months based on the students rank. I do offer 2 free lessons before joining to see if you like it. Also, I offer a free student uniform with your first payment. I also offer a discount for additional IMMEDIATE family members.
