Zumba Fitness Group Class
Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. With classes and instructors worldwide, anyone can Join the Party!

Trx Suspension Training Group Classes
Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS, Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Our TRX Suspension Training® group classes are designed for a total body workout. Go at your own pace, and enjoy maximum results in a short period of time.

Sparring
Each Friday Night at 7:00pm will be an open sparring night for anyone to participate in. Sparring will be for boxing and kickboxing / muay thai. This will be a controlled environment. Please bring proper equipment for your discipline.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a more vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style yoga with powerful moves and a Vinyasa flow. The emphasis is on building strength and flexibility, and it will provide you with more energy and help you create balance of body and spirit to take from the mat into the world.
