To anyone looking for serious Tai Chi instruction, I would highly recommend Joe Keit Kung Fu School. I've been a student for only two months but I already feel the chi flowing in my body, my pains, aches, and negative vibes are vanishing, and I definitely get high vibrations, wonderful sleep, higher level of energy. I wish I'd started younger!
