Great Experience in Comfortable Environment

With no prior experience and being 50+ years old, I was looking for a life long pursuit which would provide challenges coupled with exercise. The concepts of honor, integrity, and loyalty along with responsibility that goes with the instruction is integral to the training. The instruction is detailed and is provided in a safe, comfortable environment. The classes include students, both women and men, in all age ranges beginning at the age of 4. Convenient beach side location and reasonable fee structure without the need to sign contracts. Free trial program available for people considering joining.
