I've studied japanese martial arts all over the country. Sensei Geelani grew up in a martial arts family, and after a brief go at medical school, applied his brains, speed, and size to traditional japanese martial arts, karate, and self-defense. A true resource in kata, kumitai, and especially bunkai - drawing on background in jiu-jitsu, sword, and boxing - he chose to come to the Toledo area to fill the regional void in traditional Japanese martial arts.
