The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Genbu-Kai Karate:
WEEKLY CLASSES:
Monday & Wednesday - Junior Beginner class (6:00-6:45 pm)
Monday & Wednesday - Adult Beginner morning class (10:00-11:00 am)
Tuesday & Thursday - Adult Beginner evening class (7:00-8:00 pm)
Friday - Junior weapons & sparring classes (5:00-5:45 pm and 6:00-6:45 pm)
Friday adult sparring (7:00-8:00 pm)
SATURDAY CLASSES:
Make Up class - Junior & Adult (9:30 - 10:15 am)
Adult weapons (10:30-11:30 am)
Sword - Ages 13 & older (11:45 am-12:45 pm)
Programs include:
Junior Karate (7-12 years old)
Adult Karate (13 & older)
Okinawan Kobudo (weapons)
Batto-Do (Japanese art of cutting with Katana)
Also incorporated are Judo, Japanese Jujutsu and Tomiki Aikido
